Absolutely brilliant,10/10, My ceramic bathroom basin was badly cracked due to dropping a glass bottle into it. The fine finisher (Stephen) called today & did an amazing job--you cannot see any sign of the original damage.I was not aware that this service was available and it saved all the work of getting a replacement basin,especially as it is a semi-countertop fitted basin. He was professional from start to finish--bathroom left immaculate, THANK YOU.

Had these guys round mine today to repair a composite/ plastic decking and which I had dropped a hammer through when it was iced and brittle. The repair looks great and made to resemble grain just like the rest of the deck pattern. Early days I know and the summer heat will test it. Guy arrived promptly, was tidy and polite, I had to put up a gazebo for him as it started raining. I especially like the pre visit email you get detailing the finishers van type/ colour, reg and a facial picture so you know who's coming, great idea, like that a lot.

On Friday I felt unwell and rang the surgery, almost immediately a doctor rang me back and invited me to come into the surgery. I was seen by a 5th year student doctor, under the guidance of my regular doctor. I cannot fault the care and attention that I received. The student was extremely thorough, and as he was overseen by the doctor I was very confident. I was at the surgery for well over an hour and feel I received the very best attention, with a follow up appointment in 2 weeks time. Gold stars all round for all staff that dealt with me.

In December I wrote: Modern practice at Riverside, mostly calm under pressure. Too often you have to book too far ahead but urgent cases have been handled well from what other patients tell me. Since then, improvements have been made to the booking system (excellent online too) and apparently the ability to book appointments at quite short notice. Queries made to Reception have been responded to mostly quickly and comprehensively. Credit where it’s due.

Alison manages this shop like a boutique! It is always beautifully laid out, making it easy to look through and the standard of stock is consistently high. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

A very worthy cause. This charity shop seems to have a better stock of collectables and books than most. Parking is on street or the nearest car park is a five minute walk away.

Quick and friendly service and can be very convenient if they have your medicine in (which I find they often don't), but it's only small branch. Luckily you're within spitting distance of a much bigger Lloyds if you need one and they'll always suggest it, rather than make you wait.
