Manaton, Newton Abbot TQ13 9UG, UK – 01647 221259

Paid £30 entry for a family of 4 and were issued a sticker to wear. On our whole trip no one checked to see if we had paid on the entrance to site. Nice coffee shop usual tourist prices and a lot of people visiting so had to wait to pass others along the walk and at the falls. A few extras like reptile house and the one advantage was the dog could join us. My advice would be to take a picnic and try to go off peak.

Really nice place to clamber around the trails! The animals are fun, and the food was great; nice hearty portions. Really friendly staff, great value for a few hours and a worthy detour if exploring Dartmoor.
